TripLike (operated by TripLike Internet S.L., "we", "us") is an online travel agency platform that helps travellers discover, compare, and book flights and accommodation. These Terms govern your use of triplike.net and any booking made through our platform.

1. Our role as intermediary

TripLike acts as an intermediary and booking facilitator. When you complete a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the relevant supplier (airline or accommodation provider). TripLike is not the principal in that contract and is not responsible for the services delivered by suppliers.

2. Bookings and payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices shown include our service fee. Payment is processed at the time of booking. You will receive a TripLike booking reference by email; this is your record of the booking.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rights depend on the supplier's policy, which is shown before you confirm your booking. Some bookings are non-refundable. Where a refund is due, it will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation confirmation. See also our Refund Policy.

4. Supplier terms

Your booking is additionally subject to the airline's or hotel's own terms and conditions. We recommend you read these before booking.

5. Liability

TripLike is not liable for: supplier failures (cancelled flights, hotel closures); force majeure events; indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

6. Data and privacy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes may be referred to the Barcelona courts.
