Why we built TripLike
Most travel booking sites make you feel like you're fighting the system. We set out to fix that.
Travel should feel like an adventure, not a spreadsheet exercise. Yet every time we tried to book a holiday — searching across five tabs, comparing prices that changed by the minute, wondering whether the hotel photos were real — it felt like the opposite.
We started TripLike because we believed there was a better way. One where a single search found real flights and real hotels at the same time. One where an AI assistant could actually understand "I want something warm in July, 7 nights, budget around €1,500 per person" and come back with three real options — not a list of sponsored links.
Real infrastructure, not aggregator theatre
The dirty secret of most booking sites is that they're aggregators of aggregators. You see prices that aren't real, hotels that aren't available, fees that appear at the last step. TripLike is built directly on Duffel (connected to 400+ airlines via IATA NDC) and LiteAPI (2M+ hotels, direct connections). When you see a price, it's real. When you click Select, it books.
AI that earns its name
We didn't bolt a chatbot onto a search engine. Our AI agent has direct access to live search tools — it can search flights, search hotels, and search packages in real time as part of a conversation. Ask it about the weather in Lisbon in July and it'll look it up. Ask it to find you something under €900 for two and it'll actually search and come back with options you can book in the next click.
